- Blueberries - 1 cup, washed and dried
- Vegetable Oil - 2/3 cup
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor, until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
